Hey so the "pop in" animation isn't in game, its using the default spawn animation which makes it look awkward...

could i suggest 1 thing: please make the flame of the sentry ward blue, rather than the orignal color, it kinda dont fit, imo

it would be good to support lovers having this kind of ward, most especially to people that often uses warlock, but it really looks UGLY. Not worthy to be called a ward and does not match with the 3D graphics of the map
