The names are in English. Maybe you should check your Appdata or try to reinstall and cleaning download cache.

I try to take care for a good balance, but I cannot help you without having unit names that I should check.

Eastern Warband description: "A poor ruler sends the cheap masses to war."
Sword Militia description: "The sword militia is suitable for short close combat or to attack unprotected skirmishers."

Are you using the Unit Upgrade Pack? Both units aren't included here.

When playing as Parthia, the Easter Warband's and the Eastern Sword Militia's description are in german (my game is in english).

I would also suggest a general rebalance of all the units, since many times wages and costs are not very proportional to a unit's value.
Especially general's bodyguards, there's usually one or two that cost less than the others but are so much better in every way.
Many elite archers units have the same accuracy as very basic, low tier ranged units.
I understand that all these units come from different mods, and this is a pretty huge workload to ask, but your unit packs would gain so much from some little tweaks.

Your comments are hard to read. However, my compilations are made with balancing and therefor need unit caps. Maybe the original mod is without.

anywa of removing unit cap or increasing them for the ugrian beserkers and headhunters to a higher cap.

it's uploaded today so of course it's compatible with the last patch. It's not designed for 3rd century campaign.
