@tygart it seems that the most recent update did something with Battle Mod and ship designs. It also seems the mod was just patched to address the issue. :p I was looking in the wrong place however thank you for pointing me to the answer. I added Assault shuttles the same day of the patch so I was thinking it was a conflict. My bad.

@Disciple Toki This mod does not alter minor faction ships, but looking at your collection I would guess the problem is coming from Battlemods. I think it is the only one of your mods that alters minor faction ships

I do have another mod that lets you build minor faction ships called Privateer Plus

While using this with all updates it seems I can edit minor faction ships but I cannot apply the builds, throws an error. I am not sure if this is due to Assault Shuttles conflicting with something else or if it is simply out of date. I am using a collection built on Cinders called Look at this. If anyone knows what might be causing this please hit me up. <3 Maybe I am missing something.

Stock factions still have access to the assault shuttle ship hulls. They just have take the extra step of creating the ship design. It only takes a few seconds.

No, I used stock factions. But pre-Vaulters DLC, I got the ships with stock United Empire and Sophon... After DLC, ships are not available in the shipyard with stock factions (only tried with Horatio so far), though they are in the tech tree.

did you add the custom faction trait when you created your faction? otherwise you have to create the ship design yourself.

I have not been able to get this to work since upgrading to Vaulters DLC. I'm using it with some other mods (see my posted mod collection for the list). It shows up in the tech tree, but then when I research the tech, the hullis not available in the shipyard. Same goes for your glass cannons mod.
