The hunter's ragdolls feel like a physically disabled person, It's one of the worst ragdolls I've ever seen, and nobody has fixed it either.

Yeah and it's so annying when Valve leaves some ragdolls so stiff, like in csgo. Almost as flexible as drowned bodies.

The Left 4 dead 1 ragdoll physics mod is pretty good...I am using it right now....Its kinda "realistic"..The first one from the link mod is wacky af :D It comes close to HL2 ragdolls. There is another mod called Tweaked ragdoll physics its similar to the first link but stiff af though.

Here's a few options.

I think there already is one existing on workshop, lended the metropolice physics or bends data or something, I can't remember but can't be hard to find and try it. One problem with physics addons is that the pre-existing corpses in the map, which aren't just static props, might get completely mangled up.
Also, unfortunately I do not have much knowledge in making such addon myself.

It's one of those ragdoll mods that you can find on workshop. I can't remember... maybe "graymaine's physics enhancement"?... or somethinglike that. I seriously can't bear the Valve's stiff ragdolls.
Half-Life 2 ragdoll physics are exceptionally good though.

Are you using any ragdoll mod in those screenshots? They look...different :P

Cool! Although this addon is more for thos people who like the aftermath of infected killing. The feel of shooting a zombie and a blood smear/stain immidiately appearing on the wall behind in kind of awkward and unsatisfying. However if you like taking a moment after the carnage to look at the mess youve made then this is the addon for you.
