Is every faction hostile on every new game?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1509102551
no custom faction is safe from being broken.
in clearer words, an evil faction is likely to be good & a good faction likely to be evil like a broken card game
No matter what configuration I try, I end up with mostly hostile factions...
Now, it'd be lovely to choose how many/which are hostile since with Lord of the Rims and it's race modules they add a lot of friendly factions and it'd be ideal to then have something like the Free People vs. the (currently limited) evil factions like (currently only) Pirates
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
