would be nice if water wheel rotated like sawmill in CC. also would be nice if we had a water tower like in CC so that citizens didnt just drink it up before we can use it for mead.

anyone ever have experience in using 55x55 pastures? ive found if you do just 1 worker they dont work and all animals slowly die, especially chickens. ive found more workers helps them breed at a normal rate.

sorry, flax and cotton crops were not included in this mod. at the time it was made to be used with CC, so the resources are included, but not the crops.

So I've been having crashes consistently several years into most of my villages, unrecoverable, crashes every time I reload the save before the crash, and I think I've narrowed it down to this mod. I think something about the gathering of acorns might be causing it though I'm not certain. Has anyone else experienced this/is there a fix?

It should not conflict with them, but they are not likely to alter the included field within this mod.

can't you make a version where the small workshop uses iron ore instead pls? Hell anything that is related to blacksmith pretty much.

I tried to do it myself by installing the mod kit but i'm too boosted.

Is there something in this mod that shortens the life of my tools? I seem to go through iron tools maybe 40 times faster than I go through hide coats, and I've never experienced this before subscribing to this mod. I tried taking down the new blacksmith and replacing it with the old one, but it seems iron tools have changed regardless of who makes them.

Hey Descrespancy,

Great mod, a favourite. However, the weaving guild won't create "canvas" nor does it show up in my inventory. They consume hemp, but that's it. There is no product. My game also crashes when the boat arrives and when my game auto-saves (every 5 minutes, so I've disabled it and it's fine).

@rebekah.forsyth, you can ignore the red warnings in the mod list. They are more of a warning that 2 or more mods are sharing the same resource. Many of my mods share the same menu icons and also some textures and resources, that is the reason why they turn red - but they are the same resource so the game will just load one and use that for all the mods that need it. I use items from this set a lot (I prefer a ‘village’ look instead of a ‘town/city’ look), but I have a visual issue with the bee shelter (which is one of my favourite buildings given that it’s so small). It’s just a texture detail, but it’s bugging me – the edge of the roof has a white bit, which looks like the texture didn’t cover the edge of the UV map ( image [i.imgur.com]). If you decided to fix it one day, it’d be awesome!

I have a little problem with the weaving guild. If i try to produce canvas from hemp my weavers wont start working. They put the hemp inside the weaving guild, but they won't start producing canvas. Any hints?

since its cc that adds the ore, not this mod, why would you ask the author to change his mod just bc YOU want to play with cc? also he cant very well remove the iron ore mechanic bc obviously he has nothing to do with it....

I agree with Cynical and the others, this issue with the iron/iron ore needs to be resolved. It kills the vibe of the mod right away when you have to build like 3 buildings immediately just to set up the production chain to produce simple iron. Not to mention that as of right now I'm having to use buildings from the CC mods to produce the furnace fuel and iron, and they look really ugly next to the quaint village buildings. Please either make some village buildings to create furnace fuel and iron from iron ore or remove the iron/iron ore mechanic altogether.

Playing with CC and the fact that I need iron and not iron ore for the small gathering tools really kills it for me, sadly. The big huts just dont look great next to my little tent homes in the early game.

@Eratosthenes, in this mod they are only for trade. But if you play with DS Tunnel Mine (CC edition) or play with Colonial Charter, they can be used to upgrade the mines.

Hello! First of all, thanks for all the mods, @discrepancy!! I absolutely loved all I tried so far...

For now, just got one issue, though.. I can't make the waterside fishing to work! The fishermen keep idling or working on anything else, but they just won't go fishing! Has anyone else had this issue?
Maybe it's a conflicting mod? (the 'Easier Fishing Docks placing' one, maybe?)

Having an issue where the candlemaker carries beeswax to his shop, but doesn't/can't unload it into the shop (shop inventory remains blank) and keeps returning to pick up more beeswax even if his inventory is full. I'm using other mods so maybe it's a conflict, but none of the other mods I use candles/beeswax.

I'm still having issues with Hemp being accepted by my windmill and the gruel kitchen, is there something I can do to remedy this?

updated to v1.0.1

- fixed issue causing a crash with vanilla Trading Post.
- fixed issue of the Village Windmill not accepting Hemp.
- added Remove buttons to the single gathering, fishing and hunting spots.
- updates to DStoolbar.

Hi, Discrepancy, Love the Mods but i have the same problem as pjvdw. whenever the boat arrives the game crashes. i only have active 2 mods, DS production and Townhouses. Also is there any possiblity in the furture of having all or several of your mods in 1 package?

You must purchase the Hemp Seeds, grow the Hemp Plant in a field and process the harvested Hemp in the Weaving Guild into Canvas.

@Joachim Meyer, more deco options are in the works, meanwhile download my DS Blast Furnace mod and that includes some ground level decoratives.

Most load orders are fine for my mods, they will show as conflicting but that is only because they are sharing the same files or game resources.

@Scottmmoore, just click on + Subscribe above, load up game and it will download the mod. Enable the mods in the mod menu. My mods will show as conflicting, but they will work together fine :)

Hey! Love your mods, really gives me that small village, homestead/farms feel that I so wished Banished had more of! But there's one thing I was wondering if there could be a fix; I play it with CC and there are no issues, thing is though when I make the small workshop and want to craft fishing gear or hunting gear, they require "iron," but with CC in early game what I have is "iron ore" and to get iron I need to make a dozen other production buildings, which reaaally kills the small homestead feel right away. Is there a way to change the required resources for fishing and hunting gear from iron to iron ore? That would just make it absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Hi discrepancy, I like your mod very much, I hope you keep adding to them. Just one thing, the small vilage production keeps crashing when the trader boat docks at the trading post. What can I do to fix that or can you do that?
