I can't set it up to play all the time, to my knowledge.
When you post anything on steam workshop or otherwise you need to have a certain level of maturity and be ready to not only accept criticisem (constructive and otherwise) but respond to it in a calm and mature matter. Failure to to so reflects not only poorly on you, but on your work and or view point.
Oh, and last thing Wort, if ever you're in doubt, take a look at any and all l4d2 particles you can get your hands on, tweak settings until things change how you want them to, and don't hesitate to copy and paste. :P
Take this mod, unpack it with gcf scape as you would any mod. open the file in the particle folder using the particle editor.
Inside, you'll find a particle called "1snow" I believe. Replace this particle with any particle effect you please.
It should attach to the screen. like this. If it's a continuous spawning particle.
Particles are a pain in the ass though, so get ready to buckle down and beat your head against the wall for a few days or weeks, depending on your schedule. :c
That would be awesome with flood mods.
My girl was peeved at me for putting it up before christmas, so I tell people not to use it until new years. Beyond that, use it for whatever you want :D
I wanna do a set of majora's mask themed mods ;y
