There seems to be a conflict with "The Ubersreik 5"
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2100358989
Both mods use the same "slot" in the "Witch Hunter" tab, that this one uses for the Empire Master Engineer.
On the other hand there's a lot of free real estate in the "Warrior Priest" recruitment tab, since no current mods seem to add heroes there.
Here is my list of active mods. Any clue about a conflict?

RPFM is a lot Easier to Use than PFM :
https://github.com/Frodo45127/rpfm/releases/tag/v2.1.100
When you Extract the File, scoll down to the 'types of files' till one says Application
After getting the Application RPFM to Run. You now have to find this Mod. The Original Destination of this mod exists in program files (x86) "or other home of Steam", Steam apps, Workshop, Content, 594570 (Warhammer 2), 1234128845 (This mod). This is the pack file you would need to open in RPFM.
Next Go to Game Selected (inside of your RPFM Program) and Change to Warhammer 2. After doing all of this, then you have been caught up to be able to understand what JediMasterDraco wants you to do in order for this mod to work. Follow JediMasterDraco's instructions from below and you will have your mod work.
