it doesn't work as well like that, though, because the whole point of the skin is how the tip of the RPG looks like the tip of a Pencil.

When they added the Pencil* (made a mistake down there) in the game it was really late.
Plus it became a horrid utter joke that disappointed lots of fans.

Is ver tacky and a moderately stale meme, that being said if it were in game and i had any other RPG skin, i'd likely use this simply because of how much of a novelty it is.
