Bring back just the original foundation of the XCOM Sponsor. It is way better than this Crap.

Thank you for your explanation. :-) I have played the this unfinished XCOM sponsor many times with AI. And every time, they showed off high affinity level. Since the affinity experience increases in CODEX mod tend to be snow bowling, I will take additional penalty measures.
This one I think is rather fitting, and in my opinion very much needed to counter-balance the really strong affinity bonuses, so I personally would keep it as it is. ;)
THX. And to answer your question - the drawback was the element XCOM had in the original mod. But now that the drawbacks are not so smoothly applied - I am devising a new method. :-)
THX! Since there is no follow-up to 'CIV: BE', I will continue to produce the sponsor mod.
