I would appreciate if you helped me..I always saw those kinds of tank building addons, but never figured out how to use them, do I need extra content other than your Part 1 & 2 of this addon?

First of all, the Addon has been updated within the last few months, and second of all, you are still using Sounds, Materials, Models and other things that the ACF developers originally made.

and this addon only contains materials, models, particles and sound (from soundforge), if no lua is included i guess it's fine.

if an addon isn't under maintenance for 4 years, i can assume there ain't anybody anymore to ask for permission, and if there is them they could come by them selves over here and ask me to take it down.

there ain't any tools in here, there are only models, sound, textures and particles.
u have to download tools and all that stuff from internet.
