Ran into an issue. When I got the level 2 industry virtue that reduced rush building cost with max primary trait I lost the ability to rush buildings.

I would guess it added it up to be over 100% reduction and could not handle that.

I am not sure if it matters or not but whenever i would get a "Lets be friends" or whatever the greeting was called. I would get... a how did it go?

[declined_responce_ ] or something of the like. However that is if this is similar to Vice's mod. I don't know if its still the same.

Self report: I have confirmed that Madoka sponsor's dialog has an error.
Most of you did not feel because you played the spons mod in person, but I am fixing this because it is a serious problem if you leave it as AI.

I will keep making this game mod until the new CIV: BE2.
And for your suggestion ... well. I prefer you to shed more painful moans due to the new mod. Of course, I also prefer to relieve the pain by enjoying the joy of your experiences.

In short: Your suggestion can be taken lightly by adjusting just a few numbers in that mode. Come in the path of Modder!

Yes. Firaxis has discontinued support for Civ: be, but I will continue to create modes so that this series will not get buried. (Until a new expansion pack or a sequel)

Can you make a player only energy cheat? Maybe add a half production cost units and buildings mod and throw in a no maintenance mod with it? I like seeing my enemies suffer )=]
