You need to fix it for bots and add waypoints so they don't just sit and look stupid. LOL :D

Would be a decent map, if it wasn't for the hyper-dimensional Christmas stuff (tree, presents,...) and the sparse interior.

good map 3 points of improvement
1. the jukebox needs to be heard threw out the house espechaly near the fire
2. the tree needs to be smaller
3. needs more xmas decore
o and there is snow in the house

Oh yeah, but the new version will actually be a total remake I've been working for a long time, with new theme, bug fixes including bot navigation so I'm going to release a new map rather then updating this one.

luckily I've subscribed and that means I automatically stay up-to-date :-)

@Kampy Actually just about to release a new version of this map. I'd say a week or so until release, until then feel free to subscribe or check back regularly.

very nice map. wonderful details. the christmas tree was a bit too gigantic imo and the big presents were kinda cheesy. a pile of normally sized presents would have been better. The greatest thing about the map is the ski lift ride. It's so good :-D btw it's a bit disappointing that you didnt include bot navigation. You should really add that some time.

It needs bots. Good map, just need to be able to play offline.

You need to make more winter maps... Because everytime (ingame) i see a snow coverd cabin you can enter... I get chills, like i am really there... Keep it up.

Not playable with bots.

I have knowledge in podbot waypointing, but its not the same by the different system. Now i understand basic things, and i can remade the complete nav mesh by hand, but tricks needed. I cant tell the bots to ignore goal. Maybe they ignore only if not found in the map itself, i think this because bots working on skill maps (like aim_, awp_), and this maps not have goal (killing the complete team not a physical goal point).

@addam That's the problem, I'm not a nav expert but I can understand it's somehow damaged. I suspect it's something to do with the complexity of the displacements, I just haven't found a solution. :|

Navigation mesh are generated, but all area is in damaging state, its says no area is connected to the goal area (aka bombsites). But its not true, the areas are connected (try on local game: sv_cheats 1, nav_edit 1 - light blue lines are two way connections between areas).
If i remove the whole navigation mesh, and generate it manually, the result is same, all area damaged. Are here any skilled with nav editing? :)

As everyone has already stated ur map is pretty busted with no pathfinding in place.

This is a great map! But as you already know the bots need fixing.
I also think the Christmas tree is not necessary. And the plumbing at the bottom of the stares to the basement gets in the way when you try to walk past them.

bots fail right at the beginning. It seems they get stuck and they are not programmed to move much. Otherwise stellar map if it worked...

Seems like a good map but the bots don't work on it.
