Wonder how it feels that your exploitative and underhanded practices blew up in your face, tanked your mod's ratings, and resulted in someone else making a better version of your mod that doesn't force people to pay. Must sting! Lmao

Firaxis Games.

In other words, this mod used to work, but now you have to pay up to get the mod this plugs into. $5 or no mod. I'll choose no mod. He took the old mod this plugged into, 'updated' (i.e. gutted) it, made it the free (but useless) mod, and put the working one that used to be free behind a paywall.

Please take note you will need Extended version of Population Notification for plugins to function. Extended version is only available for my Friends and Patrons. Read description how to get into the list.

This is Plug-in for Population Notification. Make sure you have latest version! Otherwise this mod won't function.
