You need to install the bodygroup for the lights and crap...

there are no light bars or sirens, you need to subscribe someone else for them

To get the lights, use the light tool and just spawn in the red and blue lights...

Ok, i found it. Go to TDM Cars, and click the escalade. Go thru skins until you find the seacrest county police skin. idk where to get lights....

the server for the lightbar is no longer up so is there another way to get lights

you need to get the skin then download all tdm cars svn then click on the car in-game once you downloaded it with the bodygroup tool then you should see a menu pop up when you press C or the tool menu

yeap LoneWolf is right you need to put Texture and graphism at MAX to see it :)

Star-X, Set model detail to high, that'll fix all of them.

Doesn't work with the workshop Escalade because the workshop Escalade is, well...a giant glitchy blob. I suppose it might be because I have my models set to low end while textures are set to high end, but I think it's more likely the workshop Escalade, and several other Workshop TDM vehicles, have corrupted models.
