i think he reskinned the wrong model
the model is in the place you go to find the wepons overlayed on your screen but there are 2 rpg models one is the reskin and the others the normal so i think that might be why it isnt working

ik, but it will still work, problem is, you need to change your playermodel to the stripped combine for it to work

The reason it doesn't work is probably because it tries to use the default HEV hands viewmodel, but a recent update made the HL2 weapons use your playermodel hands, which are incompatible with most remodels. You would need to force the weapon to use a specific set of hands (Default HEV or playermodel bundle)

Apparently this works for some of us. However for the most part it ruins RPG textures and makes the Hl2 RPG invisible, any progress towards fixing this addon for the majority of subscribers would be greatly appreciated.
