What's that kind of animation, she don't event have animation for weapon the just stode straight with the weapon in one hands even when firing. Even with mele weapon

You have to use an Advanced Bone Tool to open the lids.
I can help you out by mentioning the following:

left eyelid = "creature/alleria/alleria_bone_67"
right eyelid = "creature/alleria/alleria_bone_54"
