go to the Sky Temple of the Blades, same place as the dragonbane (this is the dragonbane actually)

I have a mod that let's me disenchant dragonbane (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=7793&searchtext=dragonbane) , if I put this mod higher in the load order (this first then the other) the other mod works but this one doesn't and the other way around.

Mesh and Texture replacer .... hmm explains it all, it's a vanilla weapon.

Check the hundreds of guides to find out where to get it.
