The mod is massively broken. The AI will use the wedge, and disciplined formation buttons and spam them on units non-stop. The wedge formation turns a roman unit into a literal buzzsaw causing any unit it faces in any other formation to be shredded to pieces.

also archer ships for rome at least their fire damage is way to low compare to other missile ships in game

it works fine , but could you possibly increase their movement range to match that of original ships in DEI? because their range of movement is like way short that of original ships

Hi there, just wanted to let you know that none of the Heavy mods are working and are causing crashes on campaign load (tried each one separately and no luck; when they are all disabled, my other mods work just fine). Just wanted to know if an update is planned or not :)

@fox-one: DEI updates are an annoying issue. I will look but it seems a complicated change and it does not seem very easy to solve it; surely it will take some time.

Hi man. One question... Whan i push DEF TEST buton soldiers stand a formation but when enemy come closser or atack...formation breack, posible make formation not breackeble if player dont push buton again? (sorry for my engl). I mean soldier must hold sheald UP and hold him formation... In real life Legions hold formations 20-40 minutes and when enemy tire legions counter atack...

Upkeep appears to be 1/4th of the native DEI counterparts, which are supposed to be weaker. I only have DEI official submods so I'm not sure what would cause this...

For some reason when I use this mod all my units slow down, like I pressed the slow down button.
And the never, ever run. They just walk really really slow, and the enemy just destroyes me. Does anyone else have the same problem?

@TheLoneCenturion: It is true, but this is due to the modification in DeI of these parameters (previously lower), and that I had used to standardize the statistics of my mods. Now I have lifted them similarly to that vanilla for the main units.

Yea after taking some time to compare stats it seems that these units have much less melee then they probably should, Late Hastati outperform them in melee right now for melee attack

Love the mod, but these units feel vastly underpowered in melee compared to their Dei counterparts.
Melee attack of the imperial heavy cohort is 45 vs the Dei catapracht legion at 58

@UltraSuperGenius: I updated the mod by modifying the parameters of the phalanx of spears and that of spades. In any case, against this type of training, I find it more effective to disable the "Formation Attack" button.

Liked the ship units but I don't find the formations on Roman land units to be balanced whatsoever. Triarii kept switching between modes and massacarred my mid tier pikes from the front without breaking a sweat. The Greek Version of this mods ends up giving Greek hoplites near infinite stamina. Great idea but the balance is sorely lacking I find.

Yeah, you should probably link them to reform dates in DEI. It is silly that myself and possibly the ai can recruit 200 size elite units in turn 1. Messes with the balance. Same goes with archers being able to content with melee units in melee. Also Pharos Gaurd has far more armour than any other unit in the game.

@Imperator Augustus: All ships recruits as generals, are available at turn 1 (even using only DeI or only vanilla, example Egypt/Ptolemaic dynasty).
I do not see problems in statistics.
