The problem is that I am not the one that made The Southern Realms a Unique playable race, that was the awesome work of Cataph. So I have to wait for him to make the TEBs mod in IE.
... I could make them for the Empire but there are many good units mod for that faction already . I recommend you this one: (it add a variety of units without feeling OP, and I use it in all my games)

The mod that adds that Legendary Lord is Cataph's Southern Realms (TEB). Ask that question over there, to find a solution, sorry that I can't help :c

Dude, did you delete the mod from the 594570 folder too?
You do realise CMF mod can be buggy? Even when updated. It can cause issues on other mods. Even "Skip Intros" mods cause an issue with Rakarth. So try not to write off stuff too quickly. Inside that mod folder will have mods you've downloaded ages ago.
Disabling this mod fixes it again..tried 20 times ,narrowed down to this
Plz stop blaming everything on CMF,
I just tried a starting a campaing, pass a couple of turns and everything was ok. The LL characters are good and everything.
I used only Mixus Unloker, Cataph Southern Realms (2.0), Cataph Southern Realms assets and The Legion [ In that order in the Mod Manager ]
But, I found your issue long ago trying to use the Community Modding Framework with all the mentioned mods.
The legion was indeed a little bit nerfed, but with a good reason: they get access to all the new technology and lord buff from the glorious Cataph mod now. So if you research the correct things you can have Marines with as much armor as the warriors of chaos; and for that reason I nerfed them a little bit ( but if I recall correctly that was during the DLC of the Emo-elf lord and the assassins creed rat-man xD )
And don't worry I enjoy comments and read all of them , and believe if I had more time I would improve this mod with sub-mod like unit caps and all those options ... but if I do that I sacrifice what little time I have to play :C
Did some/all these units get nerfed? Particularly the upper tier units like Marines, Cataphracts, Praetorians, Ironclads and Centurions?
Elite units should be elite man just raise cost, upkeep, or put unit cap like in Dragon Corps mod if its too cheesy otherwise... dont want to mess with player army buff mods since that will make other regular units who can stand their ground OP but much less fun to play in this state... end of the day you're still the boss but it doesnt feel like powerful legion more like horde of pirates in shinier armor lol
and oh btw thanks for your hard work and putting up with whiny sh*ts like me :)
Sorry but I agree with Nelia, the AI will not spam the units so don't worry , and for the player just make fun armies instead of doomstacks; that is what I do in my campaings [ I prefer to roleplay rather than to cheese :) ]

Yes Ironclads were nerfed, those streams of fire were just to overpower, they didn't did that much damage but that much fire caused enemy units to rout too fast; plus a few times they friendly-fired ally units D:
