APS AA cruisers are not as effective as missile AA cruisers or energy weapon based AA ships but this thing does O.K. It has 2 heavy turrets to engage enemy surface vesesls, multiple redunddancy, a hybrid distibuted power plant with engine prioritisation and managment. overlapping full spectrum sensors, and a helluva lot of DAKKKAAAAAAAAAAA
