As i've said to some other people who said they are: 1, Didn't have the files. 2, Files got corrupted. Or 3, They're being held by a "Ransom Virus".

Just make new files, and remake the mod. It's not as hard for you, since you changed nothing but the damage values and the color of the gun, and moved it to Primary --> Marksman.
