The source version of the mod in my archives is fully fledged. Did you unpack the mod and find it like that?

(It's going to take me a little bit to reinstall Starbound so that I can unpack items, but I'm working on that now.)

This mod doesn't really do anything since it just puts the png files in the root of the mod and doesn't even have a .species file patch.

that description was what happened when i downloaded personalities+... and if you couldn't tell, having everyone of humanoid figure at the outpost look like the jump animation is their idle was weird

With what cutebound does to Avians I'm fairly sure this won't work and if it does it'll look absolutely horrible.

not this bird, whenever you would make something it would start squawking but wont shut up.
it would even start squawking when i would be doing something when i would get home after school.
