I'm not using github myself, but I assume that once you create an account you get the option to contact him.
Also seems to be working properly with the popular 1080p mod also enabled, for anyone curious about that too.
Find "ugc_1301354276.mod" in "<user>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\Mod" and change
from:
supported_version="1.9.*"
to:
supported_version="2.1.*"
And that will disable the warning about the mod being out of date.
@Superbreadninja I will see what I can do about making a "bundle" mod now since I made so many of this type of mod, hehe.
You perfectly understand my hatred of unnecessary scrollwheeling.
