Remember when covering the soldier's eyes was an unspoken rule on Soldier hats? I guess this guy doesn't.

I think if you changed it to a beard, switched the eyepatch to the right eye, and gave him a black bandanna, it could be Solid Snake from MGS.

I would think "Wrathful King/Fuhrer" would be a better name, since I would like to say this was obviously designed to look like King Bradley from F.M.A., which I applaud you for that, by the way. Just a thought.
