someone actually says it doesn't work.
malthric 19 Oct, 2021 @ 5:07pm
update it
Deviant 17 Oct, 2021 @ 8:01am
Version 3.1 - works.
I suggest removing the upkeep in minerals (for ships of the crisis empire).
Catnapping Princess 30 Jun, 2021 @ 12:38pm
yes
Theodore Roosevelt 1 Jun, 2021 @ 8:16pm
Does this also apply to the AI?
Saddams Sweat 18 Apr, 2021 @ 10:07am
any chance of a 3.0 update?
Deviant 28 Feb, 2021 @ 5:42am
Version 2.8.1 - works
Save compatibility - works
Non-obvious pluses - the profitability of defensive platforms increases
malthric 24 Jan, 2021 @ 1:08pm

Vokun Vulon 20 May, 2020 @ 5:59am
you got one at all for reducing overall upkeep of ships? seems this is the most up to date one i can find but I'm looking for a flat reductions of like, 75% or so, to all costs
CESARINI GAMER 9 Apr, 2020 @ 7:36am
thanks!!!
SeGAD 13 Dec, 2019 @ 12:11am
update please 2.5.1
Sigmar 2 Jul, 2019 @ 4:27pm
Can you update plaese?
dan5tr4n63r 12 Jul, 2018 @ 1:27am
OK i have tested with all the DLC's i have...this mod is not working...maybe instead of not at all...it would still be nice if it was a reduced upkeep of minerals...just like theres a mod that reduces the upkeep of ships...Do you think that this is the reason why this mod is not working?...because i have reduced ships upkeep?
dan5tr4n63r 10 Jul, 2018 @ 9:50am
Does it work for vs2.1 and DLC's?...i have 6 dlcs
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 5 Jun, 2018 @ 1:40am
If this mod has any conflict, that's because that mod has also changed minerals upkeep rate for military ships. I can't decide the load order.
Aurelius Tratos 4 Jun, 2018 @ 4:05pm
it does not not look like you can make it work with the ST NEW Horizons mod???? the mineral cost upkeep is so pointless.
jimkatai 14 May, 2018 @ 5:54pm
I would probably compare building upkeep to ship upkeep, not pop. Pop pays their own upkeep, so to speak. Ships and buildings are completely financed by the "State" so the cost is higher. That being said, I agree about the balance issues from a gameplay prospective. I'm just talking the theory behind why there is a mineral upkeep. :p
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 12 May, 2018 @ 1:28am
0.5 minerals per month for each pop. 20 minerals per month for each ship with construction cost 2000. So there are 40 pops in a ship with construction cost 2000.
jimkatai 12 May, 2018 @ 1:26am
I always figured minerals account for consumer goods being used by the crew. Good mod, though. :)
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 25 Mar, 2018 @ 7:32pm
Both.
Vilosa 25 Mar, 2018 @ 7:28pm
Is this work for AI too? or just for player?
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 24 Mar, 2018 @ 12:04am
Paradox said nothing about it. That's all from your imagine.
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 23 Mar, 2018 @ 11:59pm
@Cake64 Now try to explain why do not military ships have this equipment.
Cake64 23 Mar, 2018 @ 11:57pm
In-situ. resource utilization? It's designed to spend years in unexplored space so it probably has fuel mining equipment onboard
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 16 Mar, 2018 @ 9:36pm
@Cake64 Now try to explain why do not science ships have minerals upkeep.
Cake64 16 Mar, 2018 @ 4:15pm
Unless it has some sort of reactionless drive it would still need propellent, even ion/plasma engines
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 6 Mar, 2018 @ 5:37am
Do you know how often does a nuclear vessel refuel?
Cake64 6 Mar, 2018 @ 4:51am
wouldn't they need fuel and radioactives?
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 6 Mar, 2018 @ 3:42am
There is NO technical potential for a compatibility patch. I can't ensure your load order.
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 6 Mar, 2018 @ 3:41am
I think it's because NSC changed this define as well.
Vilosa 6 Mar, 2018 @ 3:17am
Not work with NSC mod, is there any plan to make compatibility mod?
Toxic Neko 5 Mar, 2018 @ 5:00pm
Ohhhh okay thank you.
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 5 Mar, 2018 @ 3:12pm
It works on AI, but you gain much more than AI.
Toxic Neko 5 Mar, 2018 @ 1:43pm
If not can you make the maintentance half for Players a mod? Sorry I am not great at coding or I wouldn't ask.
Toxic Neko 5 Mar, 2018 @ 1:42pm
Does this affect the AI too?
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 2 Mar, 2018 @ 1:38am
@romulus85 That's hard-coded and can't be nullified.
Kademlia 1 Mar, 2018 @ 3:17pm
2ndmalachi12 ... yes? i am well aware of that... which is why i asked, if i have options to adjust the modifier or not, in the mod, or not...
2ndmalachi12 1 Mar, 2018 @ 3:08pm
romulus85 it was just found out that even the normal AI only pays for half the upkeep for everyting.
Kademlia 1 Mar, 2018 @ 3:03pm
do i have an option to nullify that advantage (the AI pays full upkeep cost) or is this just removing the upkeep entirely?
lchf666 1 Mar, 2018 @ 4:37am
it wörks just fine :steamhappy: thank you for this mod
Boxington Washington 28 Feb, 2018 @ 10:23pm
THANKYOU!
V3kta 28 Feb, 2018 @ 8:38am
Yeah figured that out, too. :D
Dazz Aephiex  [author] 28 Feb, 2018 @ 7:35am
I forgot to put it into common\ :-(
V3kta 28 Feb, 2018 @ 6:48am
Hey there Dazz, nice idea with the mod. But it doesn't work for me. Don't know what's wrong.
