Yeah, I know where the portal is in the trader.
The problem was with the automatic teleport, when you don't take the portal and it kicks you out. It teleported one player here:

Anyways, just played the map with a 6 person group on my server and we ran into a couple problems.
Can't call the lift (is that intentional?). We couldn't get the lift to go down or come up. A switch would be nice. Especially when a zed is at the top of the map and everyone is below. The zed was way up on top of the wall and we had to wait a while for it to get into the lift and make its way down, since we couldn't get the lift ourselves.
Then someone was teleported from the trader FAR outside the play area underneath a part of the map. We all wiped and they had to suicide. The teleports worked fine for everyone else the rest of the game.
Otherwise the map was fun to play while it lasted.

Map looks great, but it would be a whole lot better if the inside of the building was wider. There's absolutely no reason to ever fight zeds in it when there's no escaping it. At the very least there should be drop downs included (broken fencing, so you can hop out to escape) or something.
I'm sorry that you do not play the map anymore, the fog as well as some more missing component to adjust well, the following updates will be oriented to improve the performance, after all the updates so followed that were made when the map is broken they will be more distanced to that subscribers do not suffer the update so often, that is why it is no longer updated so often, but work continues on improvements
