@RAWG You've clearly never played Oblivion then because that's not even remotely true, the begin to spawn based on your level (around level 18 is when they begin to spawn) not the game's difficulty, and they aren't even that difficult anyway since their attacks are easily avoided.

These fuckers were Really hard to beat, since the only way to have them in your game was by putting it on the hardest Diffuculty.

i remember when i first saw them they looked so badass i didn't want to fight them untill i found my glass short sword and full high tire enchanted glass armor made them cannon fodder i ws level 26 i belive can't exactly remember
