It works but bots dont seem to use it, they do enter the MG but dont seem to fire

It does work. One of the best (and most vanilla styled) MG turret mods on the WHOLE workshop.

@SUPERBUBU3000 The shielded version on wheels was a tachanka, a horse drawn mounted gun, usually in a carriage (yes that is what the operator in RS:S was named after).

I think the Russians made the first "Maxim gun", then the Germans copied it along with the Brits. But I think England made some adjustments to make it better, more specifically, rotating the action upside down to save space and cut down on weight.
