I remember that time when I climbed all 38 flights of stairs at the Signature.

I subscribed and play tested the MGM and happy to say the cost of using the MGM asset is $0 dollars.

@dog turds yeah, i know that much. But if you want to make a hotel tower, office buildings, apartment, department store that's larger than 4x4, the only way to do that is to make it a unique building. And when you're making a Walmart or an apartment tower a "unique building" it's not going to fit into the game's simulation from a logical perspective anyway. So there's no point in paying any attention to the budget numbers because the building isn't made to be played that way.

Any unique building in this game has a cost to use it. Along with water and electricity. There are many nice assets that I dont subscribe to because of the high cost. The game even keeps track of those costs. Its in the budget screen under unique building expense.

@dogturds i wouldn't have the slightest idea. I don't play the game so I don't make assets with that in mind. For a building that supposed to be residences, I just import it in the game and pay no attention to those stats since the optimal use for this is with RICO mod.

Nice looking but unlike the 23,390 subscribers of this asset I don't plop anything in my city unless I know the upkeep cost and other stats of using the asset. How much revenue does it create for my city?

@KingLeno Appreciate the comment. Sorry if I sounded demanding, just a fan of your work and have been wanting some buildings from my hometown, as I can’t find any on the workshop. Obviously I know you have your own preferences for buildings you create, but I’ll check out the people you suggested! Thanks and keep up the good work!

@TheDeadOne: you can copy objects with the "move it"mod !

How do place the building with props? When I place it I can only place it right up against a road and there is no entry way. If I load it into asset manager then I can see the prop ok. Also is it possible to place more than one?

@mcarn101 i commented earlier that there are plenty of asset creators that make buildings from those huge cities. I'm usually going to stick to buildings from where i'm from. I also don't really like to make buildings that are accurate to IRL. For me, it's' more like painting a picture as opposed to drawing a blueprint.

@KingLeno, I know you've made a lot of american assets- I've subscribed to a lot of them myself. I only ask because your buildings are of a really high quality. I was trying to see if someone such as yourself would ever consider making any of the following:

Chicago: Chicago Water Tower, Chicago Avenue Pumping Station, Jay Pritzker Pavillion, Adler Planetarium, Chicago Union Station, Symphony Center

LA: Capitol Records Building, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Staples Center, Wilshere Grand Center, Los Angeles City Hall

(I know it's a big list)

@justinwarthen out of all the buildings in the world, why would I chose either of those 3? lol. seriously tho, these look more in line with the style of buildings Khrysler does or Honker, the first one with glass. This is like my 3rd skyscraper ever.

@KingLeno you should make some from Baltimore, like 414 Light Street, 10 Light Street, or the WTC :)

@mcarn101 I've done buildings from Las Vegas, New Orleans, Houston, Virginia, New York, Atlanta, Memphis, even Chicago. But if you're talking about landmarks and famous buildings etc, there's no shortage of creators making buildings from LA and Chicago

Would you ever consider doing some buildings from cities like Los Angeles or Chicago?
