I don't suppose you have any plans for a similar mod for TF2?
Schmiddie 12 Sep, 2019 @ 7:54am
How does that work? How do I go into the "Planen" modus? Is there a tutoral available?

Thanks eek111, and I wish. Only way I'd know of is the usual method of blocking with invisible assets etc.

Thanks for the great mod. Is there any way to prevent the AI from building on top of the fields?
RolleyPovey 6 Aug, 2018 @ 8:23am
I'll try it
GrandT  [author] 6 Aug, 2018 @ 7:46am
It's possible to crash occasionally, I've yet to have it repeatedly crash. If you can manage to complete painting one area, try saving after that then reloading. See if that stops it crashing.
RolleyPovey 6 Aug, 2018 @ 6:20am
I keep having crashing problems with this. Unpredictably, if I go to begin planning or paint the selection, the game will crash. I have no clue why but it's happening every 5 minutes.

Awesome news Roland, that's you busy for a while :)
RolandBP 3 Jun, 2018 @ 7:09am
After a second look I got the plan, paint to work, brilliant.
Many thanks, I am really going to enjoy enhancing some of my earlier routes as well as the one I am currently playing. :steamhappy:

I can certainly add a tutorial to perhaps one of next weeks episodes. Sunday, Tues and Thursday are already recorded, so Sunday after I'll include it. If you'd rather not wait. Load a save from the main screen, once the load selection appears - you'll see a "+" (plus) button on the right side, above the bottom panel where the mods are listed. If you click that, you can turn mods on/off before loading an existing save.
RolandBP 2 Jun, 2018 @ 6:45pm
Thanks for this, I had no idea it could be added to a game already saved.
I now realize I have no idea how to do that :steamfacepalm:
Are there any instructions on the procedure? Like maybe a tutorial??

NIce mod. Thanks. Any possiblity of adding varitions with the game's stone, iron, coal, and slag textures for creating heaps around the relevant industries etc?
GrandT  [author] 28 May, 2018 @ 2:50pm
Thanks, and yes, you'll need to leave Farmer in place for any save file that has them.
hamtgerry 28 May, 2018 @ 2:07pm
Thanks for the update. I use Painter and Farmer (as well as Forester) a lot. They're among my favoret TF mods. Nice to see 'em combined in one package. I assume those of us who've been using Farmer need to leave it in place or else redo all those fields?
GrandT  [author] 24 May, 2018 @ 5:39am
Thanks Cibaris. :)
Cibaris 15 May, 2018 @ 3:39am
Elegant and simple.
GrandT  [author] 2 Apr, 2018 @ 12:54pm
Meinst du das Geld? Ich habe vielleicht missverstanden. Ich habe nichts anderes übrig.
ricky.breum 2 Apr, 2018 @ 12:43pm
GrandT  [author] 2 Apr, 2018 @ 12:38pm
When selecting the texture, you also select border type.
ricky.breum 2 Apr, 2018 @ 11:59am
und wie genau geht das? :-)
GrandT  [author] 2 Apr, 2018 @ 7:38am
@ricky.breum: I might update this to include an extra option to have inner/outer/both/none for the border of textures.
ricky.breum 2 Apr, 2018 @ 2:46am

@TheMawiLP
GDRacer22 16 Mar, 2018 @ 9:18am
alright thank you!
GrandT  [author] 16 Mar, 2018 @ 9:18am
It can't be removed from a savegame, it can be added to one.
GDRacer22 16 Mar, 2018 @ 9:15am
Is this savegame safe?
GrandT  [author] 16 Mar, 2018 @ 5:02am
Thanks General Tso, although most thanks should go to Skully :)
General Tso 15 Mar, 2018 @ 8:27pm
Thanks for the great mod. I like to build a lot of freight yards and industrial parks so this should come in handy.
GrandT  [author] 15 Mar, 2018 @ 3:38pm
Yes, with different textures, it says so in the description. I wanted to be able to "plant" concrete.
Fant Azero 15 Mar, 2018 @ 3:36pm
Is that "farmer"?
