Step 2: Put it on pyro

Step 3: Remake every photo on this workshop page

Step 4: Make them your background for windows

Step 5: Pyro is badass

You do need TF2 installed, like all TF2 related things.

You’re using the wrong tools. To paint TF2 cosmetics correctly, you need to use the hat painter tool.

i love seeing all the people ask where this would be located in the spawnlist menu and getting no answer, but fuck it i'll try too. i can't find where it's listed in my addons, or what the specific name for the cosmetics are. some aid here would be greatly appreciated

No, it's not listed as one. It's cosmetic items to bonemerge onto a Pyro ragdoll.

There is no ragdoll. These are cosmetics meant to bonemerge with the TF2 Pyro model.
