Not a complaint per se, more a heads-up for fellow users. Lovely mod on its own, though - thank you for it!

I would try changing the load order to have this mod load first, then have the other mod alter the arrow strength.
If it still doesn't work, then you can either just choose one of two mods, or modify the arrows in my mod for yourself.
Let me know if you try.
After locating the Smithing Actor Values, I changed them to their default 1.5+ value, this resolving the issue.
Sorry it took so long to resolve this issue. It took me awhile to figure out the actual cause of the problem.
The currently formula for the experience is value*quantity. Unless you're okay with only crafting a couple of arrows, lowering the value is the only option, seeing as Bethseda didn't leave us with any other choice.
I'm going to review the various experience changes and accommodate them for this mod. Expect an update within 48 hours.
There's nothing I can do about that unless Bethesda gives me the ability to lower the experience received from this mod.
Also, this mod does nothing to effect the experience given from daggers. If you're leveling too fast from that, consult the person responsible, which is either the creator of a mod that tampers with daggers, or Bethesda themselves.
