got it all set need to fine where to fine the file to make the sign and also can you import it to other ones that are in maps so you can see it in the l4d2 offical maps?

the zip/rar or psd file?
for teh zip/rar (i forgot what i used) use 7zip or winrar. both work.
for the psd either photoshop or gimp.

when i open the file to get the letters it keep telling me what app i want it to be on (im on windows 10)

As long as you don't reupload my prefab, i don't care what you do with it after you downloaded it.
So you may use it for CsGo or whatever you want to use it for.
