The arms aren't there when I spawn it in and I get this message in the console:

why is there a zipping sound when i aim down sights?

There is also a wierd zipping sound when I aim down my sights.

Fine weapon, needs some custom sounds though.
Even with the supressor on, it still sounds like the Half-Life 2 USP!

@Toby55DeadMaster delete both the TFA Base GMA and the INS2 Shared Parts GMA and try again.

Разрабы..как новые прицелы активировать?Когда делаю установку и загружаю их просто нету.Кто разобрался дайте инструкцию.Так то с исчезновенпием рук понятно,нужно переустановка игры включая загрузку аддонов.

The hands are not showing up, I deleted the .gma file in the addons folder, then the game redownloaded the addon and nothing happens, anyone is having this issue too or just me? I´m suscribed to all the required items.
