This is a nice house, I have been looking for a house that has a nice inside so you can put furniture and do roleplays and stuff. I also like how you can remove the furniture if you want to put your own, the basement is perfect, unfinished looking but doesn't look like it came straight out of Chernobyl. My only complaint is that It looks a little cartoonish but that is pretty nit-pickey. Overall a great map.

are the NPC Nav/Meshes actually required for the map?
or are they really just reccomended?
I'm not gonna use Navmesh NPCS while using maps.
I also don't use any NPCS on a Nav or Mesh form/base stuff.

Why play big maps with lots of stuff going on at 60fps when you can play a little map at 800 fps
