i have an issue that the billboard on the roof turns sideways when zooming out. when zoomed in it looks okay, but after just a few meters it turns sideways and stands really high above the building.

@Darf same can't upload images on either Chrome or Steam browser itself. But on Internet Explorer you can upload images

I still can´t upload any screenshots (seems to be an accountrelated issue) and steamsupport is being so helpful (not!). So this will have to do for now.
