For some reason the weapons aren't showing up, only the customizations are. None of the Bionicle weapons are appearing.

@Aragorns did you delete your config files and verify your file integrity? Always step 1 and 2 whenbtroubleshooting mods.

You're probably not going to see this BUT I can't seem to get the mod working. I did what I normally do for... every mod. Then when I discovered it wasn't working, I went through multiple processes, such as unsubscribing from every mod and just enabling the ones necessary for this one. Then I straight up uninstalled and reinstalled the game and found out afterwards that I'd missed the whole "delete config files" troubleshoot... so I did that. Still nothing.

The mod looks great and I definitely want the Toa in my game so... basically, help. Why is it not working.

@MiZta_Z0mbie: Old not working in WotC is only true for some. Maybe even around 50 percent. All is definitely wrong through. But yeah as Kexx explained this way more wonderfully than I ever could: "I'll explain. It's not that simple. While WOTC is in fact, an expansion to the vanilla game, in terms of "under the hood", they could very well be two separate games. This presents complications to us modders. For starters each version of the game has a separate 90+GB SDK. Many, myself included, just don't have the space for both.

Furthermore, many things changed from one to the other; new coding scripts, new texture and material shaders, etc. So even if we did have both, we can't just compile the assets in each and be done with it. Much needs to change inside the mechanics of how each piece is added to the game. The assets need to be reworked, the textures as well, etc.

Hope this clarifies why many modders have left vanilla behind."

@fernando.langalu Because WotC kind of messed up the XCOM 2 Worksho. The old cosmetic mods for Vanilla XCOM don't work in XCOM War of the Chosen, and mods that require War of the Chosen can't be used in the vanilla game. Basically, the expansion sort of split the modding community in a way.

@fernando.langalu: Because it doesn't work like you "think". Models can be fucked up for WotC(as in their textures; although somewhat rarely, iIrc), when made with the base-game modding-tools. With Voice-Packs, vanilla mods don't make those voices available to the "hero"-classes of WotC. Don't even have to start on gameplay-mods...just buy the fucking expansion instead of complaining. (note: I haven't yet either, waiting for the next sale on it, since I won't pay full for a game where basic features need mods to work properly)

I'm kinda complaining here, but why is it that over 50% of mods and workshop stuff for XCOM 2 requires WOTC? I'm genuinely asking, because I don't see the logic of making this stuff for the vanilla game, which still should make the stuff available for WOTC...

This looks cool, however the models of the Toa just look out of place here. Maybe if it was custom models of them as humans with different armor and color schemes, but this just looks kinda weird. Not saying it's bad, just maybe also have the option to use human versions of them. And will you add the other Toa, like the Toa Metru, or Toa Nuva?

The swords are equipped at the Loadout section as a secondary weapon for rangers (or any other class that can use a sword)
