Stiiiiiill don't like the leader. THOSE TWO ARE STILL BETTER OPTIONS IN MY OPINION.
Pluvia  [author] 15 May, 2014 @ 3:34pm
@Hawkpath - The two other named Hanar are shopkeepers.
✧Starshadow Melody✧ 15 May, 2014 @ 3:25pm
*reads description*... I STILL DON'T LIKE THE CHOICE OF LEADER.
✧Starshadow Melody✧ 15 May, 2014 @ 3:25pm
In short: SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY EXISTS. Is the Hanar ambassador ever given a name? If not, then find someone else who's named. I know of one in ME1, and there's also Zymandis, though he's a bad guy.
Pluvia  [author] 15 May, 2014 @ 3:21pm
@Hawkpath - Who would you suggest then?
✧Starshadow Melody✧ 15 May, 2014 @ 3:13pm
The leader doesn't work. The leader doesn't work AT ALL.

This one is pleased with this mod. I think the opening could be rewritten a bit to match the tone of the core civs. It doesn't really describe who Blasto is and I think there is a bit of repetition in the use of "polite". Other than that, no errors so far. Good job!
NeutronStarGaming 6 Mar, 2014 @ 11:40am

Blasto 10: blasto runs an empire
Matsimann 3 Aug, 2013 @ 3:54pm
I suspect the Trade Port has to be changed for Brave New World. If it remains unchanged, you would get, at the most, 5 Food, 4 Production (with the God of the Sea belief) and 4 Gold from only Fish. And coastal cities are supposed to be Production poor...
Busta Bloodnut 29 Jul, 2013 @ 6:40pm

@King - Yeah balance mostly, and wanting to make them unique.
King_0_Hell 8 Jul, 2013 @ 7:39am
Loving these mods. They are absolutely great.

I do have 1 Question though - Why didn't you give the Hanar their own version of the "Patriarchate of Constantinople" like the Byzantine's? Was this down to a balance decision?

Reason I ask is that I'd have thought a race that has such a large focus on it's religious beliefs would have this trait, as it would've fit in a bit more lore-wise.

Pluvia  [author] 7 May, 2013 @ 2:45pm
@Overlord - The Hanar don't get any city defense bonuses. Went and double checked the code to be sure, must've just been bad luck.
Chao 7 May, 2013 @ 12:44pm
Goddamn, i hate playing against the Hanar, got an army of soldiers against the Hanar's one melee unit, but i can't go on to destory them because Kahje has incredibly high defense, all my melee units die upon attacking it, and it can pratically kill everything i have.
BurningXero 4 May, 2013 @ 6:27pm
Good job on this as well. Maybe look into hanar defenses? Kahje, the hanar homeworld, has the most impressive automated defense grid out there. Hanar land units- at least infantry- should probably suffer penalties to movement and possibly defenses as well.
VarunRasputin, Great & Glorious 2 May, 2013 @ 10:22am
@Pluvia i thouht that the collecters bagde could be a reaper with its legs around a planet.
Because the reapers are controlling them
