@Thundercraft Ah, I'm sorry, I have done this mod in 2018, I can't remember the specifics to it. I haven't plaid this game in a few years either, so I am not sure if any further updates might impact the changes I made.

If they attack outside the condition stated in the mod, then the mod is dated. As a rule of thumb, always look at the age of mods, as most are just remnants from various past versions.

Quote, "They will only start attacking you if King Tengu has been killed/napped!"

In other words, if I understand correctly: No matter how many slavers the player kills and no matter how bad the player's reputation gets with the slavers faction, they still won't send Slaver Raids on the player's outpost. The only time they send such raids is if the player kills or kidnaps Emperor Tengu?

Yeah... If that's the case, that definitely sounds broken to me. Or does this mod also take the player's reputation with slavers into account?

Hot picture. I like the detail of the potential buyer inspecting the gums of the merchandise for disease and signs of ill health.

aidynmaster, some situations can't be fixed dur to how the game works. There are plenty of scripts I would love to work with in the game but they are not included yet by the devs. Perhaps in 2019 we will have a more complete game to mod :)

Now if someone could make a mod to tell slavers to get the hell away from my gates...

I've watched a slaver ATTACK MY GATE because I repaired and shut it and he was trying to enslave a hungry bandit on the other side. Causing my entire base to come running and my turrets to begin riddling them full of harpoons. That or seem to constantly walk up in the middle of random starving bandits being shot at and accidently getting shot in the face. (I get lots of visitors, my turret guys are like level 60+ with 60+ perception)

Thats one heavy looking pic. What did it come from?

Locklave I think that is a design flaw, because the Slavers check if you are not allied with the 3 factions instead of checking that you are the enemy of the 3 factions. The issue is that if I set to check that, and you drop under -10 with any of the 3 factions they start raiding you, and that is why I chose them to deploy raids only if you kill or kidnap Emperor Tengu in adition to not being allied with any of the 3 factions. In this situation, the AI Script will deploy the raid, because the moment you touch Tengu all the diplomacy goes to negative with all 3 so you don't have to worry about conflicts of positive and negative diplomacy of each of the 3 said faction after that.

This seems like an oversight, the game should work the way this mod sets it.
CloudsInTheSky  [author] 23 Apr, 2018 @ 5:34am
Exactly. You are basically at 0 Diplomacy and they just pop up and attack you just because you are not allied with any of their 3 factions. Obviously you kill them, the only way to scare them is if you have a level 3 outpost which is not yet implemented. So I had to induce this restriction to make sure they don't break your relationship with the Slave Trader for no reason!

Yoink! Kenshi is supposed to be unfair, but forced faction drops is something that bothers me.
