the Mercury form NY Central,
the Frisco Firefly,
or the true monster, the 2-6-6-6 Allegheny Chesapeake & Ohio!

this is totally amazing and pretty.
But since you wanted to know what other trains we want to see- I've been trying to make a city that more-or-less fits the '30s. Would you be up for making a version of the train with just the Hudson and period cars?
