Mod is Broken

@nosalisCZ This mods dead I'm pretty sure and it was released in build 40 before animations and such. I think that Fillabusters car mod has a discord you could find help in.

i'm looking for any info how to get openable doors / bonnet working, i've tried to reverse engineer some of the mods that have this, but so far I wasn't able to find a script which does load rest of the car
any tips would be appreciated

Oh damn. Completely understandable for the modding circumstances and, life situation. If I was in your shoes too I would just wait for an update that includes what you need. Ik this is just a comment thread for your mod but I gotta ask: You're not going to get drafted into the war too are you?

I'm waiting for this to be released to the stable branch and officially. I am sure that Indie Stone will change various elements again and more than once, and adapting the mod for each next update is a very tedious process, and most importantly, meaningless. Unfortunately, my colleagues are now in a difficult position. Someone forcibly went to fight against Ukraine, and someone left the country and emigrated to Israel to avoid participating in the war.

There are already vehicle mods out there that have openable doors..
Are you waiting for something different to come into vanilla for you to use other than what technique lots of other vehicle modders have been using?

I'm waiting for the developers to make opening doors. It's not my fault this is taking so long.

Really good mod but would love to see it back in the new build. Is there any chance that I could find someone to re-implement them with some minor changes with mod owners permission? Really want this mod back as it makes no sense not to have the cars in the game when era had them

ContradictMe, I hope soon the issues with glass transparency and animations for cars will be resolved in order to fully implement the functionality of cars.

@Te.name , I'm not sure about the release version for IWBUMS yet. I can only say that we will work on preparing the mod for later and current versions of the game. Ideally, wait for the moment when the animation of the cars will be realized. I am pretty sure that the car code will be rewritten a few more times. And to adapt to the current version of IWBUMS is very time consuming. It will be rational to focus on working with models and textures. This is what we will do in the near future.

I really like the new models, hope ya'll finish this and replace all the cars.

the answer is no it is not if those mods also edit the default vehicles in anyway.
