i have been trying to use the command after replacing the folder and steam returns me that the command doesn't exist lol

Type in "snd_rebuildaudiocache" in the console after replacing the files. It will take a few mintues to convert, then restart the game. If not, try vertfiy cache files and restart.

there's something wrong with these mods(eil's voice,nozomi's voice,niko's voice,maki's voice) Their voices became very low.That sounds disgusting.Am I the only one with this problem?help me solve this problem plz! orz.

You need to go to the addons folder to find the file. Bunch of random numbers, just find it., then drag it to GCFSCAPE.

That shouldn't happen. It was fine when I changed mine. Maybe try vertify your cache file and replaced it again.
