the HUD is great thanks to the author's work and effort.

Use GCFScape.exe :

1. Find:

root/scripts/weapon_vomitjar.txt :

2. Then search (CTRL + F):

weapon_small :

3. Modification:

CHANGE
"file" "vgui/hud/iconsheet2"
TO
"file" "vgui/hud/Tvirus"

CHANGE
"x" "448"
TO
"x" "384"

CHANGE
"width" "32"
TO
"width" "64"

CHANGE
"height" "32"
TO
"height" "64"

At last, U may need to reverse the order of weapon_small and weapon_s

4. Use Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools to Repack:

Drag the whole folder onto Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/bin/vpk.exe
Then copy or move the repacked vpk into Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons Directory
