Partially. The ship is built for creative use and conveyors are kept for balance reasons, but the ship features most of the necessities you need for survival. Possibly, you might run into problems with the hydrogen supply though. And she lacks a refinery and no ressources are loaded into her.

Yeah, the interior is always the hardest part for me. Especially this hull was tricky because she's so slim. Also, as an escort ship, I felt she did not need a refinery because she would be around the fleet for the most part.

Yeah I see that! Just had a look at the ship and its great. Small interior, but the most important things are in there. Also just like you mentioned its got quite some firepower!
