I have one stopped in the middle of it, I'm afraid most of my time is dedicated to ACE :( When the next version of ACE is out I'll see about updating my mods again :)
Yes, seriously. Just need to pay a bit more attention: the mod is outdated and levels/armor stats of items were different when it was made, especially because ACE also rebalances that. Leather armor also used to be level 2.
That said, bark armor is much cheaper than leather armor and can be made much earlier, so it still has advantages.
The new update that should be coming soon will have the mod be again par with the current item levels and stats.

It's intended :) The helmet requires Lvl 1 Footman and the armor requires Lvl 2 Footman. It's shown when you click the item and in the Crafting menu :)
Ohhh! Right. Yes, that was fixed. All updates are posted on the changelog (you can see it by clicking the "Change Notes" on top of this page)
Sorry :) It's just that the latest game update (A24+) seems to have broken some things on other mods and I was already worried this one was broken too :P

ah den Mod habe ich mir angeschaut, aber ich dachte da gibts nur ein paar Sachen für den Soldaten. Nach nochmaligem Hinschauen aufgrund deines Verweises habe ich nun auch das gefunden was ich suche :) Priester und Bogenschützen Rüstungen.

Yes, it is possible! However I feel like the specialized combat classes (like the archer and the cleric) are a bit out of the scope of this mod, which aims to improve the early game fighters only :)
But I guess I could help you out by pointing you this excellent mod called Armis Maximus made by Thundersmack!
It adds lots of new equipment that are more aimed towards mid-end game, including new armor for cleric and archer! Hope it helps :)

is it possible to add armor for cleric and archer too ? or make it wearable for them ? like the leather west for the archer and the padded for the cleric or something ?

Like I said, I don't think I have the skills to make a whole biome and kingdom yet... I'm struggling for the past two days to create a single job, heh
But eventually, if no one else does it before then, I might be able to! Who knows? We'll see :3
