how about it pulls an enemy slowly to you where once that enemy gets to you insta death for them but the enemy team can shoot the harpoon cord to make you hae 10 second wait to fire again.

How about this gun can only shoot 1 bullet at once, and then they have to release. And that the "bullet" is actually a harpoon that does + 100% dmg, and makes the enemy bleed, but the reload and firing speed is 50% slower, and the projectile speed is 20% slower?

this should be added becuase heavy doesnt have any other shotguns except family buisness and stock shotgun but they probably wont add this cause they wouldnt know any feutuers for it

Fires a harpoon that does the same damage as a huntsman arrow (no headshots though)
alt fire drags the person that was last shot towards the Heavy, the rope is visible however and splts after the person walks a certain distance.

Maybe it could guarantee crits for a few seconds? I don't really have a great idea of what it does.

Not to insult this weapon, it's a great model from a great set. I'm not obliging you to do anything, but the Tuna Sandvich was too good of an idea to pass up.

+Fires harpoons that arc like huntsman arrows
+Alt-fire fires the harpoon with an attached rope
+Hits with rope harpoons will drag their target closer to you as the rope quickly reels in
-Misses with rope harpoons will drag you closer to the location the harpoon hit (including into a pit if you fired it there)
-Chamber only holds one harpoon at a time
-25% less damage dealt
