i figured it out. i was using a mod that puts my GC on the EA campaign map. but with this mod and you sellucid emblem mod active it seems to glitch because of the change in Star Positions. dont know why but it causes a CD on campaign start everytime or it causes generals to loose their textures. its probably just something stupid like the mods are fighting with each other IDK. but ya its not really the emblems fault lol

@Tigdra: You need png and dds files in three different sizes. Just look into the data2.pack or into any mod emblem pack with the packfilemanager to see what you need exactly. How you create the images is up to you, I would use GIMP to export them as dds files.
You may use another emblem mod as template to create your own with the packfilemanager.

@Darkstrider19: This mod cannot break your game and does not need an update. It's still working and I don't want to invest my time to update all single emblem mods.
