Well the Armory that spawns there has all their stuff weapon wise, under Skeleton Smith quality weapons you can see it says "For personal use." hence why it's private and they tell you to GTFO.

I was very disappointed when I first found that BDC has no skeleton smith shop...

The only skeleton city has no skeleton smith. Despite the game description made it seems like skeletons have their own high quality workshops.

Cool mod though, should bring desert city to life a bit more I feel.
