Interestingly enough, the mod appears to not work on some versions before 3.14 but does work on 3.14 for anybody wondering.

Not sure if this mod will ever be updated but I can confirm that it still works for 3.7

I was looking for a mod which would give me a colonizable planet in the starting system. This mod is perfect ! Let's get my starting system the heart of an empire.
